More and more online sellers are selling internationally, and eBay is one of the easiest marketplaces through which to make international sales. Why sell internationally? There are a few good reasons:

To Sell Directly on International eBay Sites
To create listings directly on international eBay sites and sell to shoppers in those regions, scroll to the bottom of eBay's website and click on the country button, as shown below. Note that if you're logged in and use eBay's "Feed", you'll first have to click on the "Legal, Privacy & More" tab at your browser's lower-right.
Select an international marketplace (you may have to click on the "Legal, Privacy, &More" tab).
Select an eBay marketplace. Then, after the new eBay site loads, click on the "Sell" button just as you normally would and create your listing. Believe it or not, that's all there is to it.
For maximum sales potential on non-English speaking websites, have a friend or even Google Translate help you present your listing in the local language, as well as in English.
To Offer to Ship to International Shoppers on eBay.com
If you're not quite ready to list directly on eBay marketplaces around the globe, fear not—there are a large number of international shoppers that regularly frequent eBay.com. To sell to them, you simply need to opt to offer shipping to other regions on eBay's selling form. Here's how.
Find the "Shipping policy" area of the selling form.
Click on the "Create" button to create a new shipping policy (see image at right).
When the shipping policy pop-up appears, scroll down until you see the "International shipping" section.
Choose either to make your product available under the Global Shipping Program or enter shipping costs for other regions one at a time (see below).
For international shipping, check the "Sell globally" box and/or add international shipping options.
If you make an international sale under the Global Shipping Program, simply follow the directions that eBay provides to you after the sale. If you've opted to add additional shipping policies, label and ship just as you normally would.
That's all there is to it, either way. PayPal handles the currency conversion for you, so that you still get paid in exactly the way you'd expect, and with modern shipment tracking and ever-safer modern shipping methods, it's easy to watch your package until it arrives at its international destination.
