    Kevin North

    Kevin North is the President and CEO of Terapeak, where he is responsible for company vision, strategy, revenue growth and business operations and will be based in the San Francisco Bay area. Joining the company in January 2012, Mr. North was recruited to establish Terapeak’s US headquarters in Silicon Valley and to leverage his experience building global operations through an aggressive sales and marketing model.

    Prior to joining Terapeak, Mr. North was the President and CEO of Dyadem, which was acquired by IHS Inc. in 2011. Under his leadership, Dyadem was identified as one of North America’s fastest growing technology companies three out of the last four years prior to its acquisition (2007, 2009, 2010 Deloitte Technology Fast 500), and was also named to the PROFIT 100 ranking of Canada’s fastest growing companies by PROFIT magazine for three consecutive years (2009, 2010, 2011). Mr. North was also a finalist for the Ernst & Young 2009 and 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

    Kevin North brings over 14 years of experience in the information technology industry with a history of consistent year-over-year revenue growth, increased customer and employee satisfaction and multiple awards for sales and marketing leadership and product innovation. Mr. North serves as an advisor to other technology companies, and is a regular speaker at trade shows, colleges and universities.

    Colin How

    Colin is currently Chief Operating Officer of Terapeak, where he leads on product, platform and operations. Colin also recently served as Interim President and CEO, closing the second major partner acquisition in Yahoo!JAPAN, launching the next generation product and driving a significant increase in recurring revenue and reduction in churn. Prior to Terapeak, Colin served as Managing Partner at Applied Human Capital Inc., a boutique-consulting firm focused on developing performance management and culture in growth stage companies.  As Founder, President and CEO of How2Share Technologies Colin was a finalist for Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award as well as being named to both BC and Vancouver Island's top 40 under 40. With Colin at the helm, How2Share was named a finalist for Red Herring’s Hot 100 and the core product PiXPO, was selected as PC Magazine’s Editors Choice.

  • Andrew E.R. Sukow

    CTO, Co-Founder

    Andrew E. R. Sukow is the systems architect, leveraging experience from his studies of computer science at the University of Victoria. Mr. Sukow provides leadership for the continued development of the Terapeak system and has demonstrated proficiency with one of the world’s largest data sets from eBay. The architecture he has developed is scalable, dynamic and extremely fast. To meet the challenge presented by the vast eBay dataset, Mr. Sukow conceived and implemented a hybrid solution of best practices for handling and processing over a billion transactions. Mr. Sukow has led his development team to create an elegant solution to provide analysis of ecommerce data with extraordinary speed and depth of research.

  • Anthony E.R. Sukow

    EVP, Co-Founder

    Following the completion of an applied science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1997 at Okanagan University College Anthony E. R. Sukow worked as a project manager on various engineering and manufacturing projects, including the set-up of a multi-million-dollar fuel-tank-manufacturing facility for Volvo trucks. Subsequent to three years of project management, he returned to the University of Victoria to pursue a degree in Finance and Economics. Mr. Sukow is focused on Terapeak’s strategy, as well as the development of innovation and a healthy corporate culture.

  • Maximilian Kless

    Senior Director, Global Business Development

    Maximilian Kless brings over 10 years experience in growing global internet, software, and advertising companies to Terapeak. Leveraging his international experience with startup, midsized and Fortune 500 companies such as KPMG and Siemens, Mr. Kless is passionate about building lasting, global partnerships. In his role, Mr. Kless drives Terapeak’s international partner program, as well as sales and business development.
